Brace yourself for the deal of a lifetime... You didn't see this coming, did you? The home_254 BLACK FRIDAY SALE 2022, it's kind of a big deal. You get up to 40% OFF selected items for in-store purchases and up to 15% OFF selected sitewide purchases. Yap, 40% …. You might want to get a move on this one, it only comes once and most probably this is our last discount ever.

WHEN YOU ASK

This Friday 25th November 2022 The home_254 Black Friday Sale 2022 goes LIVE at 9.00 AM East African Time on both the home_254 website WWW.HOMEAPPAREL254.COM and at the physical store. What’s crazier is that the sale runs for the whole day till 7.00 PM East African Time.

WHAT APPAREL CAN YOU BUY

home_254 Black Friday? It's kind of a big deal.

All your favorite tops, bottoms, and accessories are available for The home_254 Black Friday Sale 2022 except the following;

  1. The J Collection – this includes Thee OG, Blessing, Slinky, Funky & Ample Jackets.
  2. All College & Bomber Jackets
  3. Patched and Color Block Hoodies
  4. All Essential socks

This means that when you place your order for the above-stated items/collection, you will be charged the full amount without any discount. Note that the Blessing Jacket is NOT on sale. 

Quick Tip:  If can't get your favorite apparel that is not on sale at the retail store while stocks last, hurry to our online store on the day and order it at a 15% Discount.

WHERE IS THE STORE?

Worry not, we are based at Kenya House Complex on Koinange Street, for this specific day we have 2(Two) stores for you:

  • Room F11 – 1st Floor
  • Room T6 – 3rd Floor

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE STORES

  1. Our 2 stores are split into Ready Branded and Unbranded apparel, you will be served on a First Come First Served Basis.

      - For already branded apparels you will visit the T6 store on the 3rd floor and shop directly off the rack and walk away with your apparels.
      - For Unbranded apparels, you will visit the F11 store on the 1st floor, for these, you are able to select your preferred or favorite home_254 logo.

  1. Our Sales Representatives will help you pick out something you like for you and your friends and family.
  2. Once decided, you are to make full payment to secure your apparel.
  3. The sales rep will take down your order or purchase details such as name and product details.
  4. You will then leave your apparel with us for later branding depending on the demand. NOTE: A lot of patience will be needed.
  5. We will begin deliveries of BLACK FRIDAY 2022 apparels from 30th November 2022 on an FCFS basis.
  6. Apparels will be available in all sizes from 0 years to plus size.

Quick Tip: Off the Rack Stock is highly limited so get to the store early and grab your desired apparel.

NOTE: In case a delivery is needed in whatever scenario that will be billed to the client separately.

DO I GET TO GO HOME WITH ITEMS FROM THE home_254 BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

For already branded apparels, you will be able to home with them.

For unbranded apparels for us to perfectly place your favourite home_254 logo, you will have to leave your apparel at the store after purchase for branding. Collection and delivery of printed apparel will begin on Wednesday, 30th November 2022 on an FCFS basis.

WILL I BE ABLE TO RETURN ITEMS FROM THE home_254 BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

NO, you can’t. Purchases and Orders made on Black Friday Sale 2022 are not eligible for returns, cancellation, exchanges or store credit since these fall under FINAL SALE items.

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR ITEMS FROM THE home_254 BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

NO. All items BLACK FRIDAY 2022 items are FINAL SALE apparels in our stores so will not be eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit

CAN I CANCEL ITEMS I BOUGHT FROM THE home_254 BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

We cannot cancel orders made on the Black Friday Sale

WILL THE EXPRESS FEE BE AVAILABLE ON THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE 2022?

For orders and purchases made on the Black Friday sale, the express fee will not be available.

CAN I GET MY 1ST-TIME CUSTOMER DISCOUNT DURING THE home_254 BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

Unfortunately, not. 1st-time purchase discounts will not be available for website orders on Black Friday.

  • Up to 15% discount on select items for website purchases (More variety of apparels)
  • There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for any purchase made on home_254 BLACK FRIDAY SALE 2022 either at our retail store or on the website.
  • There will be NO REFUNDS on items sold during the home_254 BLACK FRIDAY SALE 2022.
  • Note that the following items are NOT on the Black Friday sale if you purchase from the website:

  • Also note that you can only get the above-highlighted items on discount, which are not on sale, ONLY at the store.
  • All unbranded apparels will be left at the store after purchase for printing and to be collected or delivered to specified destinations from Wednesday, 30th November 2022, and not earlier.

Whether you’re wearing our apparels locally or internationally, we want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within three (3) days from the date on which these goods were delivered. Unfortunately, APPARELS not accompanied by the original receipt or cloth tags are not eligible for replacement. We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments, please retain your return tracking # for your reference once your return has been processed. WARDROBBING & EXCESSIVE RETURNS Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer's return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all #home_254Fam across the globe. Kindly follow the below process for order returns: Take a copy/photo of the order/invoice sheet and circle the product/s you are returning. Pack the item/s you wish to return in the original delivery package if possible, Please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it and all the tags are intact. Insert the order/invoice sheet and ensure that the parcel is packed properly. When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel. Once we receive the returned courier, the exchange/refund process will be initiated for the items returned. Once processed, it may take upto 1-4 working days for the exchange/refund amount to get credited at its source. Return request for online orders can be raised within three (3) days of order delivery. EASY IN-STORE EXCHANGES Alternatively, you can exchange the merchandise for another style or size at any of our exclusive stores. Find your nearest store from the list available in the Store Locator section. Visit any store from the list available in the Store Locator section within three (3) days from the date of receiving the order for an exchange. Please make note of the following points before visiting the store for a hassle-free exchange process: Kindly carry the invoice copy along with the unused products & the tags intact.
