You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within three (3) days from the date on which these goods were delivered. We do not return or exchange gift certificates, custom apparels, white apparels once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect. EASY ONLINE DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES If you are unhappy with your purchase, be it in-store or online, you may bring the item to the store for an exchange within 3 days of the purchase date. All items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached. Returns are only processed through our store. EASY IN-STORE EXCHANGES Alternatively, you can exchange the merchandise for another style or size at any of our exclusive stores. Visit any store from the list available in the Store Locator section within three (3) days from the date of receiving the order for an exchange. Please make note of the following points before visiting the store for a hassle-free exchange process: Kindly carry the invoice copy along with the unused products & the tags intact.
