SHIPPING & ORDERS

Orders typically take 2-4 business days to be fulfilled but they may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience!

In a rush?
We provide the option to purchase priority processing, via our EXPRESS FEE service, which allows you to jump the queue and guarantee your order is fulfilled withing 1 business day.

Yes, however, this is limited to 24 hours after your initial order has been placed.

Yes, being a Made to Order brand, we are able to customize a fit to your specified measurements and customization.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Its pretty easy. Simply contact our customer support team via a call, text or WhatsApp at +254 (0) 105 101 588 or email at hello@homeapparel254.com, and provide the required details of your order. They will verify and provide further instructions.

Unfortunately, due to ethical and hygiene reasons, some products can't be returned. See the EXCEPTIONS list under the RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY here

We process exchanges within 3 days. You can pick up at our store or have it delivered to you once it is ready.
