Kenya Domestic - Please access our Online Returns Portal and start the returns process by purchasing a shipping label directly from us!
Returns are processed within 3 -5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to our Distribution Center. Depending on the shipping method and carrier that was selected to return, your return package may take several days to reach us. Please hold on to your return tracking number for your records.

Once your return has been processed, you will be issued store credit in the form of a home_254 E-Gift Card. The E-Gift Card will be sent to the email used to purchase your order.

During holidays and times of high volume, returns are subject to delays. If you are still waiting to receive store credit for your return, please contact our Customer Care team via the Online Request Form with your Order Number and the name of the item(s) returned along with one of the following:
• Proof of postage/return postage receipt
• A return tracking number
• An RMA number (*if the Online Returns Portal was used to return)

Note: If you returned using the Online Returns Portal, you may track your return status by accessing the returns portal and entering in the Order Number for the return in question.
Presently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) in store in accordance with our Returns policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please contact our Customer Care team via the Online Request Form within 7 days of delivery. Please report your item as soon as possible for assessment.

Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your 254Style!
home_254 requires items to be returned within 3 days of the delivery date, as stated in our Returns Policy. Returns received in our Distribution Center or retail locations after 3 days are considered to be “stale” returns.

Alternatively, home_254 reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for Final Sale or stale items. We will apply a 50% restocking fee to any stale item(s) sent back in resalable condition and in accordance with our Return Policy when processed at our Distribution Center. An E-Gift Card will be issued to you by email following our normal returns procedure.
If your purchase was made online, you may return your items at our store location to receive in-store credit in accordance with our Store Returns Policy. For our store location, please click HERE. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached.

Keep in mind that Gift Cards issued in-store are not transferable to our online store, even if the original purchase was made online.

Alternatively, you may use our Online Returns Portal to purchase a return shipping label. Please note that the returns portal is only available for use by our Kenya Domestic customers.

We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery of your order so long as the apparels are unworn, show no signs of wear, and are returned in their original packaging.

As a eCommerce business, our prices may fluctuate and change in response to fashion trends, current stock on-hand, demand from our home_254Fam, and various sales or promotions. This being the case, we will not issue a refund or store credit for the difference between your purchase price and the current price advertised on our website.
When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for current processing times and available shipping methods.

Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our Distribution Center. Depending on the shipping method selected, please use the carrier’s tracking features to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered to your door. Have your tracking number?

When you return your home_254 items using the Online Returns Portal, you will receive a tracking number with your return label. Once the package has shipped, you can input your tracking number at https://home254ke.shipment.co/track to see exactly when home_254 receives your return!

If you do not have access to your tracking number, no worries! You can find the tracking information by accessing the returns portal and entering the Order Number for the return in question.

Please keep in mind that all returns have a processing time of 3-5 business days from when the package is received at our Distribution Center.
