You may exchange your product within three (3) days using our free exchange option, but if its more than 3 days you will have to re-order the item you want replaced. WARDROBBING & EXCESSIVE RETURNS Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer's return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing.
