For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within three (3) days from the date on which these goods were delivered. You may exchange your product within three (3) days using our free exchange option, but if its more than 3 days you will have to re-order the item you want replaced.
