HOW TO MEASURE BOTTOMS - SOME PRACTICAL TIPS
Grab a tape measure and note your measurements. Compare them with our size chart for the best fit. For accurate results, wear light clothing and have someone measure you or measure a garment you like.
Hold the tape horizontally to measure:

Waist: Measure your natural waistline above your hips without squeezing too tight, ensuring the tape is parallel to the floor. The waistband has elastic for a secure fit, and the pants drawstring allows you to adjust it.

Hip: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor as you wrap it from front to back and back to front.

Thigh: Stand with feet hip-width apart and have a friend wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of your thigh, keeping it parallel to the floor. Pinch the tape where it meets in front and record the measurement.
Hold the tape vertically to measure:

Inseam (In-Leg Length): Measure the length from the fork (where the legs meet) to the jogger hem at your ankle. Follow the inside seam while standing tall with the tape straight.

Outseam/Length (Pants): Measure the length from the waist to the jogger hem at the ankle, following the outside seam while standing tall. Keep the tape straight.
