You get up to 30% off selected items for store purchases and 15% off selected items for website purchases. Yap, 30% .... You might want to get a move on this one, it's the kind that whispers "You snooze, you lose."

When, You Ask

This Friday 24th November 2023 home_254 Black Friday Sale 2023 goes live at 10.00 AM East African time on both the home_254 website and at the Flagship store. The online sale lasts for 3 hours, while you've got until 7:00 PM East African time to shop in-store.

What Apparel Can You Buy

All your favorite tops, bottoms, and accessories are available for the Black Friday Sale except the MVP Letterman Jackets.

Quick Tip:  You can get your favorite apparel that is not on sale at the store while stocks last so hurry to the store on the day and grab yours.

This means that when you place your order for the above-stated items, you will be charged the full amount without any discount.

What to Expect at the Store

  1. Our sales representatives will help you pick out something you like.
  2. The apparel prices are already placed on the product tag for ease
  3. Once decided, you are to make payments to secure your apparel
  4. The sales rep will put down your order or purchase details such as name and product
  5. You will receive your order number via text or E-mail by EOD 25th November 2023.
  6. You will then leave your apparel with us, if not printed, for printing
  7. Collection and delivery of orders will begin from 28th November 2023 depending on who purchased first.

Quick Tip: Stock is highly limited so get to the store early and grab your desired apparel.

Do I Get to go Home with My Apparel the Same Day I Buy?

For us to perfectly place your favorite print, you will have to leave it at the store after purchase for printing. Collection and delivery of printed apparel pieces will begin from Tuesday, 28th November, 2023 in order of who purchased first.

Can You Return Apparel Bought on Black Friday?

No, you can’t. Purchases and orders made on Black Friday sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Can You get a Refund?

Nope. We are not able to refund purchases and orders made on Black Friday sale or on discount.

Can You Cancel an Order Made on the Black Friday Sale?

We cannot cancel orders made on the Black Friday Sale

Will the Express Fee be available on the Black Friday Sale?

For orders and purchases made on the Black Friday sale, the express fee will not be available.

Do I get Gift Cards on the Black Friday Sale?

Gift cards are not available on the Black Friday Sale

Can I get my 1st Time Customer Discount Offer on the Black Friday Sale?

Unfortunately, not. 1st time purchase discounts will not be available for website orders on Black Friday.

Whether you’re wearing our apparels locally or internationally, we want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within three (3) days from the date on which these goods were delivered. We do not return or exchange gift certificates, custom apparels, white apparels once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect. EASY ONLINE DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES If you are unhappy with your purchase, be it in-store or online, you may bring the item to the store for an exchange within 3 days of the purchase date. All items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached. Returns are only processed through our store. Please be advised that JBEEJURA DESINGZ | home_254 stores do NOT accept exchanges or returns for the following items: White Apparels* Multicolored Hoodie( Patched)* Myhome_254 Products* Clearance Items or Black Friday or ON SALE Items *White Apparels purchased in-store are NON-RETURNABLE in case they have any kind of stain. *Multicolored (patched) Apparels are NOT EXCHANGEABLE on the basis of PATCH PATTERN of the apparel purchased. Patch pattern changes with every apparel and none looks similar. *Because custom and personalized myhome_254 products are made just for you, they are not returnable. EXCHANGE Need to make a change? You may exchange your product within three (3) days using our free exchange option, but if its more than 3 days you will have to re-order the item you want replaced. REFUND We will process your return within 1-4* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email/Text Message from us when this is complete. We do not refund shipping charges. PRODUCT QUALITY CLAIM If you believe you have a defective home_254 product that was purchased from us, please contact us. You may be eligible for a production inspection. Please have product in hand when you contact the team. The team will need you to read the article number printed on the product to determine authenticity & eligibility for your inspection. Unfortunately, APPARELS not accompanied by the original receipt or cloth tags are not eligible for replacement. We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments, please retain your return tracking # for your reference once your return has been processed. WARDROBBING & EXCESSIVE RETURNS Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer's return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all #home_254Fam across the globe. Kindly follow the below process for order returns: Take a copy/photo of the order/invoice sheet and circle the product/s you are returning. Pack the item/s you wish to return in the original delivery package if possible, Please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it and all the tags are intact. Insert the order/invoice sheet and ensure that the parcel is packed properly. When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel. Once we receive the returned courier, the exchange/refund process will be initiated for the items returned. Once processed, it may take upto 1-4 working days for the exchange/refund amount to get credited at its source. Return request for online orders can be raised within three (3) days of order delivery. EASY IN-STORE EXCHANGES Alternatively, you can exchange the merchandise for another style or size at any of our exclusive stores. Visit any store from the list available in the Store Locator section within three (3) days from the date of receiving the order for an exchange. Please make note of the following points before visiting the store for a hassle-free exchange process: Kindly carry the invoice copy along with the unused products & the tags intact.
