In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within three (3) days from the date on which these goods were delivered. We do not return or exchange gift certificates, custom apparels, white apparels once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect. The team will need you to read the article number printed on the product to determine authenticity & eligibility for your inspection. We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments, please retain your return tracking # for your reference once your return has been processed. WARDROBBING & EXCESSIVE RETURNS Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer's return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing.
