Your customer service is crappy! I ordered outfits for an event! I came to the store for an expedited process and was assured that I would get the items on time. Never got a call from anyone. I revisited the store on the day I really needed the outfits and was told that the items were dispatched from the warehouse and the delivery would be done even after closing hours. I only got a call the following day when I had already travelled! I told them to keep the order until I return or feel like picking them up! I expected someone would call to explain what had transpired, but nothing! After a few days, I visited the store and expressed my dissatisfaction, and still, no one seemed to care about my dissatisfaction! I told them, frankly, they can put the clothes on the shelves and resell them for all I care! They never even checked if my order was there! I decided to go back for the items and no one even tried apologizing! I know even if I don't buy from your shop again, you still have customers buying your items, but you need to raise your bar re customer service! I have purchased several items from you and never had this experience. I am genuinely disappointed that the team doesn't care about this one customer who, after all, is not a celebrity!
