The merchandise return is valid within three (3) days from the date on which these goods were delivered. We do not return or exchange gift certificates, custom apparels, white apparels once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect. Patch pattern changes with every apparel and none looks similar. *Because custom and personalized myhome_254 products are made just for you, they are not returnable. EXCHANGE Need to make a change? You may exchange your product within three (3) days using our free exchange option, but if its more than 3 days you will have to re-order the item you want replaced. Once we receive the returned courier, the exchange/refund process will be initiated for the items returned.
